Your account, password and data
Sign-in help, password reset, email confirmation and your data.
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in page click Forgot password? and we'll email a reset link that works for 1 hour.
- Confirm your email: use the link in your welcome email. Confirming unlocks adding more screens, subscribing and Canva. You can resend it from the banner in the dashboard.
- Change your password under Settings. It signs you out on your other devices.
- Your data: under Settings you can download everything in your account or delete the account.
- Light or dark: switch the dashboard between light and dark mode at the bottom of the sidebar.
