- Sections and items: add names, prices, descriptions, photos, calories and allergen icons.
- Times of day: breakfast, lunch and dinner sections can switch automatically, and happy-hour prices apply on time.
- Sold out: open the menu and click Staff sold-out link. Open that link on a phone or kitchen tablet (no login needed); staff tap an item to mark it sold out and every board updates within seconds. Make a new link any time to stop the old one working.
